The view from this home is spectacular. Adding that to the walkout basement is a huge plus. The main level master is just what the doctor ordered if you are trying to avoid stairs. There are a few updates in the main level, but the home looks like it is mostly original finishes.
The dated finishes on the main level might have a detrimental effect on the price of this home. Also, the carpet in the dining room looks like it might need to be restretched. Also, the basement is almost totally unfinished, except for a bedroom and a bathroom. Both of the room’s finishes seem very DIY. There is exposed plumbing in the bedroom, and obvious seems on the carpet. The bedroom especially looks like they need to be redone.
Most everything else in this sq footable on Red and Blue Mesa has sold for quite a bit less, but there have been some recent sales over this number as well. Based on the scarcity of inventory in this size/price, this is probably a fine price. Because of the lack of upgrades and basement finishes, It might take just the right buyer, which will almost certainly bring the price lower than asking.
